Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As this pain is due to the past injury. As due to weight bearing there will be a compression over the tissues leading to pain. I will advise undergoing a complete knee replacement rehabilitation program which will help the muscles of the lower limb to be stronger and avoid the additional weight over the heel.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
