Will The Scans Show Abdominal And Intestinal Trauma?

55 yr old female.gall bladder out/total hysterectomy had been done-during surgery got nicked on intesting/ended up with 8 in of sm intestine removed-hiatal hernia-tummy tuck-double mesh.currently has a dropped bladder that works fine except got hurt picking up heavy boxes now feels pulled uteters/felt mesh open/feels hernias at abdomen & intestine area and horrible pain where ureters meet dropped bladder. has had a cat scan & abdomen ultrasound-waiting for results & next step. will cat scan & ultrasound show what i mentioned if those areas are indeed trauma?
