Hi, My 2 and half year old child had cold about 3 weeks ago she had running nose, mild cough and after 5 days it turned to viral fever . Then all are become normal and after 1 day she have running nose and mild cough sounds like phlegm inside again. She feels irritation in throat . Now bad climate here(Bangalore). She haven t a continuous running nose. The mucus is sticky and 2 or 3 times a day it comes out and I rolled up it with a hand kerchief. It takes few minute to come out completely. Our doctor prescribed ZyrCold syrup and FLUTICONE-FT Nasal spray (Once a day for 1 month). For what purpose the nasal spray used? For running nose only or other allergy symptoms? What will be the reason for her continuous running nose? The mucus is clear but sticky.
