Evening Fevers..

goodevening...i suffered from chicken pox exactly 3 weeks ago and since then i have kept a check on my fever. my problem since then is that my fever keeps coming back every evening around 5-6 and stays till around 11:30. at the other times of the day my temperature is normal. even at night my temperature is normal. also my chicken pox spots went away in the normal period of 7 days and did not give me much of a trouble. i have been taking multivitamins since 5 days now but still no help. i do not have any other symptoms but only this fever which keeps coming back in the evenings.also my fever does not exceed 99F. it only fluctuates between 37.1 and 37.2.also i just feel a little weak but that really is not a big problem which affects me. i feel it could be my recovery from the viral. basically fever is my main problem. i am really worried abt this now. please can you help me with some answer?

As far as i know 37.0-37.2C is considered as normal body temperature.
