Floating/rocking Sensation While Walking, Panic Attacks. Diagnosed As Ear Infection. Suggestions?
Hiya I'm suffering like a floating/rocking sensation when I walk also I have been told I have an outer ear infection from my doctor but don't understand why I feel panicked all the time and have panic attacks for no reason I also worry about my health all the time and have convinced myself I have a brain tumor please help :/
You appear to have anxiety and panic disorder. Anxiety disorders can manifest not only with psychological symptoms but with a variety of physical symptoms also like: Tingling, numbness, pain complaints and dizziness etc. This problem is more common if person has excessive health anxiety (like fear of having brain tumor).
There is also need to rule out following causes of anxiety: -Vitamin deficiency. -Substance use -Hormonal imbalance -Hypertension -Combination of above causes
Apart from that there is need to rule diabetes in your case due to infection and floating sensation (may occur in diabetic neuropathy).
So take healthy diet and do some relaxation exercise. Get evaluated by psychiatrist and general physician to rule out above causes of your suffering.
Wish you good health and all the best.
