Pedunculated Fibroids

My ultrasound scan has the following comment: tubular structure with mural calcification present in the right iliac fossa which may represent a calcified chronically obstructed fallopian tube or degenerate pedunculated fibroid. There is also a posterior intramural uterine fibroid. The ovaries were not visualised. No pelvic masses, cysts or free fluid noted. Please let me know if I will be able to have a second child. Does it mean to say my tubes are damaged. Please I desperately need your help.
