Running Nose For My Child

My daughter has had a runny nose for about a month and her doctor tells me it normal and theres nothing to give her for well she has just developed a cough thats sounds really bad what should i do

Make her do warm salt water gargaling and meet a ENT doctor. It might be allergic too..so get that checked as well, as to what is causing it.
