HI i am Raghu i am 27.My problem is under wheight i am only just 41. just help me out with increasing of weight by some or other means

Weight gain is a slow and steady process. Your diet must contain foods which are high in protein that helps to build the muscles and gain weight. Avoid taking oily junk foods, highly saturated sweets, carbonated drinks which in turn suppress your hunger. Take six small frequent meals instead of three big meals.Include protein rich foods like whole pulses, legumes, milk products, lean meats and soy products. You can also take some supplements like ENSURE or RESOURCE HIGH PROTEIN which is added in milk and can be taken daily twice. Snack in between meals with fruit milkshakes, nuts - a handful, high calorie fruits like banana, seethaphal, sapota, avocado and can also take dry fruits.

Hi Raghu,
Get your hormones checked out. High thyroid is responsible for increase BMR.
Do de-worming first with ALBANDAZOLE 400mg & then take an iron capsule like FESOVIT daily.
Include Protein in your diet. 3-4 THREPTIN biscuts 3 times a day is recommended.
