What You Mean By Blood In Motions?

Hi, I am 25 years old. And I go to gym daily 5-6 times a week and burn about 600-700 calories on different cardio machines. Will someone have blood motions because of that? because I see it I thought that might be the reason. Can you tell me reasons for blood motions. Its mostly occurring during the end on a tissue.

no, exercise dont cause bleeding bowels.
if its a frank bleed, it has to be lower g i tract ( most likely distal large bowel and rectal / anal canal).
needs to be evaluated by sigmoidoscopy atleast.
generally people with heavy straineous exercise might have constipation due to sudden loss of water, and not adequate intake of liquids

Of course not! Exercise cannot be the cause for bleeding! It is some underlying disorder. what are you waiting for dude, Proctologist is your man!
