Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would like to explain that Sertraline when used concomitantly with your actual cardiac drugs (hydrochlorothiazide, Lisinopril, Rivaroxaban, and Dronedarone) doesn't exert any adverse interaction with them.

This is because Sertraline is metabolized in a different pathway within the body, so it doesn't interfere with your other drugs circulation and pharmacologic effects.

Coming to this point, I would assure you that Sertraline is safe to use in your conditions.

You should follow your psychiatrist recomendations on the most appropriate Sertraline regimen (escalating dose as needed and the subsequent desired and possible adverse effects.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

In case of any further uncertainties, feel free to ask me again.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
