4 Year Kid, Suffering From Sore Eyes, Weak Legs, Abdominal Pain. Taking Griseofulvin Oral, Impatigo. Recommendations?

my 4 year old daughter has sore eyes week legs and abdominal pain she temp is 38.5 she is on griseofulvin oral liquid for a fungal infection on the head for 4 weeks and keflex for impatigo (school sore) for 2.5 days... she is lathargic and not eating she has had two ice poles she is also feeling like she needs to vomit

Hi and thanks for the query,

The notion of fever and sore eyes, with weak legs in a child might deserve a more in depth evaluation. Its necessary to check for an infection by doing a complete blood count and appropriate blood cultures. Fungal infections rarely cause fever. Checking for renal function is important with this onset of soreness in the eyes and a probable impetigo.
