Advised For Rotavirus And PCV Vaccination For Child. Is It Mandatory?

Hello Doctor,
Our doctor in India has mandated our child (2 months old) to be vaccinated for Rotavirus and PCV. The same was not even recommende for our first child (almost 5 years now). I wanted to check whether it is really mandatory. My concern is that by giving any unwarranted vaccines, the child's natural immune system should not be affected.
