sir, I have one child 10 yr old he cannot walk on own legs and suffering from CP do you have any suggestion and treatment for it

cerebral palsy occurs due to birth asphyxia.except supportive care like physiotherpy
speech therapy etc there is no specific treatment known. Thanks
