Baby Developing Rash On Cheeks, Forehead, Chin, Ears, Behind Ears, Scalp, Chest. Sebrrheic Dermatitis?

what is this rash my baby is developing? I noticed that it started on his cheeks and then the next day, i discovered what i think might be a rash, on his forehead, chin, ears, behind his ears leading up to his scalp and also on his chest. I did some researching and could it be seborrheic dermatitis? Thank you for your time.

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic
The rash may be allergic
If the rash is preceeded by fever and cold of 4 days duration, this may be measles. Spontaneous cure occurs within a week
It may be also seborrheic dermatitis if the white fakes are peeling from the skin.
Anyway it is difficult diagnose without thoroughly examining the case.
You may try cetrizine oral once daily.
You may use hydrocortisone ointment.
Wash your hair with the antifungal shampoo.
apply over the counter antifungal cream
Avoid harsh soaps and detergents.
wear smooth textured cotton clothing
avoid sratching as far as possible
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
