Back Pain, Disc Protrusion, Anemia, Obesity, Stress Fractures. Had Lumbar MRI Scan. Worry?

I had a Lumbar MRI scan 2 years ago, and wanted a copy of the report today due to having some more back pain. In reading the report , it said many things, such as spurs, disc protrusions, and one thing it said was, Heterogeneity of the marrow for which a hematopoietic variant is favored, which can be seen with increased frequency with anemia, smoking, or obesity and for which clinical correlation, laboratory correlation and / or follow up imaging would be of value in confirming benign etiology. My doctor never mentioned this, only my spurs, disc, and stress fractures. Is this anything to worry about???

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
It would be helpful for me to advise you in right way if you could mentioned your age and whether you are male or female, also I will be in need of brief clinical history non of such thing mentioned here, difficult to say anything authentically, any way, as long as your report of MRI is concern it suggestive of further work up, discus it with your doctor.bye
I find this answer helpful
