Blood After Passing Stool. What Is Wrong?

Hi I had a problem recently is when I go to the toilet afterward i wipe my behind and I had found a small amount of blood on the toilet paper. I have had no constipation or i have not found any blood in my stoll either. I don t have any rash or itchyness in that area at all. I m 16 years old. Any help I would appreciate greatly. Thank you

Dear either you had small fissure or ulcer inside your rectum if small amout of blood but if become large amount you need to visit gastroenterologist as may you had polyp or pile.
