Blood Clot In The Brain And Broken Nasal Bone After A Head Injury. Dizziness While Moving The Head. Treatment?
Hi, Thank you for posting the query. The cause of dizziness in your husband could be due to: 1. Blood clot (haemorrhage) in the brain, 2. Concussion- after head injury, concussion ca lead to dizziness. As of now, symptomatic treatment with betahistine would suffice. Dizziness would subside in a few days.
