Can Bricarex And Azee Cause Vomiting And Diarrhea?

Hi Doctor

My son (11 months old) is suffering from cold (chest conjestion ) .so our doctor prescribed Bricarex..now he is getting motion like diarea and sometimes vomits also..Should i need to continue? also im giving him Azee antibiotic...can i stop giving Bricarex?
Dose given : Out of 5 days i have given 4 days...

greetings,
yes its true that sometimes antibiotics causes diarrhea,antibiotic kills along with pathogen,the good bacteria.
this sometimes leads to diarrhea.
you should complete the course of antibioptic and add some probiotic like sporolac.
its not harmful.
incase its happening a lot that child is dehydrated,then in that case its better you see a doctor then.
