I really don't want to speak to Herbalife. PCOS will cause you to gain weight. Look up high glycemic carbohydrates and try to stay away from them. Reduce dietary fat intake to 30% or less of a 1200 calorie diet. Emphasize very lean sources of protein. EXERCISE. Drink green tea x3 cups per day to help increase metabolism. Exercise must be 150 minutes per week both cardio and strength. Take in a total of 60 g protein; 360 fat calories - 40 g and around 150 g carbohydrate. Also emphasize water soluble fibers such as oats as they will decrease appetite, blood sugar and lipid. Read my motivational tips on http://www.pinterest.com/kathyshattler/
