Can Fever And Cold Suggest Recurring Typhoid?

I just got done with Typhoid 1 month ago..got fully treated with Antibiotics etc..Now i am down with fever again..repeated blood test, all tests are normal..Malaria, Vidal, Dengue are negative..but fever persists..its low grade, with sneezing, cough, cold..Got an Abdominal Ultrasound and Chest X-Ray done too..it is normal..Today it is Day 3 of fever, what could it be..? I am so exhausted of having fever..

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This episode maybe due to acute viral illness that leads to fever , headache and body aches. Need to take rest, drink plenty of liquid. Take tablet Paracetamol thrice a day for five days.
If symptoms do not improve please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
