Can Irregular Period Be Caused By Hypo Echoic Lesions, Cysts Or Fibroids?

Hai I am pallavi , I have irregular periods from last 7 to 8 months in the scanning report I got two results.
1. Uterus shows 2 small hypo echoic lesions s/0 fibroids
2. Small functional cyst left ovary
I am 34 years old and weigh 80 kgs and having alittlehyper tension. I am having 2 kids and wanted to go to tt.
What is my present position.

Yes, the fibroids and ovarian cysts can certainly cause an irregularity in your menstrual cycle. Depending on the size of the fibroid and location, it will require conservative or surgical management. As for the ovarian cysts, they mostly are treated conservatively.
