Cause Of Diarrhea And Fever Despite Taking Antibiotics?

Hi, my 17mth old daughter has had frequent bouts of diarrhea in the last 5 months, sometime with fever sometime not. They have been treated with antibiotics and metazol sometimes it helps other time not but it keeps returning somtimes it can continue for up to 2 weeks. What else could be the cause.

if it keeps recurring then you might check your water source as it may be contaminated causing recurrent infection
