Child. Itchy, Red Bumps On Skin. Detected Allergy Due To Mosquito Bite. Prescribed Flutobact, Citrizine. Right Diagnosis?

hello,

My daughter 2 1/2 year old has itchy bumps on skin (hand even palm, leg below knee, face, forehead). Some have increased in size and red. We showed to a skin doctor and he said it was due to mosquito bit allergy and her skin is very sensitive. He gave flutobact and citrizine. He ruled out scabies and foot and moth disease. Wondering if its the correct diagnosis and correct medication.

Thanks

Thanks for query on hcm.
Scattered red, itchy bumps is usually occurs due to some allergic reaction.
Your dermatologist is the right person to judge the type of reaction by proper examination and history.
Treatment is perfect according to his diagnosis ,continue it.
It will subside within 5 to 7 days.
It is better to protect her from mosquito bite by using net, mosquito repellants, apply cream to all over body(odomos).
Keep in touch with your doctor.
