Child Has Red Itchy Rashes On Hand And Feet. What Could It Be?

For the last 2 nights my daughter has woken up in the middle of the night itching her hands. They are red and kind of warM I think there are some little dots on them but I don t think there s many.. She has none in her mouth but the other day was itching her feet , but now hasn t itched them in a while.. Is it hand foot and mouth disease or scabies or from soap? I

Hi,
Thank you for your query.
The itchy rash is looking like an allergic rash.
It is not looking like due to scabies or hand foot mouth disease as there are no papular or vesicular lesions and there is no oral involvement.
Allergy may be due to food or bedding clothes or due to any exposure to allergen.
Kindly observe to find out any allergen.
Apply calamine lotion for external application.
Consult your Pediatrician for examination and for the prescription of oral antihistamines for itching.
