Child Often Has Low Grade Fever, Tiredness, Excessive Hunger, Dark Circles Under Eyes, Mood Swings, Increased Eye Sensitivity. Suggestions?

For the past couple of months my 8 year old seems like a woman going through menopause . Previously her body temperature was on the cool side. Now she is often over heated ( low grade fever ), flushed, tired, hungry, has a sore stomach , dark circles under eyes, moody, eyes very sensitive to light and air. She has never really been sick and has always been very active. Any advise would be appreciated. Thank you

You have to rule out the following
1-Any occult infection like urinary infection.
2-check blood and urine sugar for diabetes
3 rule out anemia
4 rule out tuberculosis
what does the pediatrician say?
