my son has red to pinkish color bumps on his skin, started on his nose with just one red mark yesterday, then gradually got worse. now it all over his body. he says it really doesn't itch but sometimes. went to a bonfire with friend on fri and noticed the rash on sat. spreaded pretty fast. there is a clear secretion coming out if he pops one. what could this possibly be

It seems like chicken pox as it usually starts from face or neck and spreads to the rest of the body. Another possibility can be contact dermatitis. Give symptomatic treatment as it will go away.
