Constant Churning And Gurgling In Left Upper Abdomen, Cramping, Chronic Constipation, Acidity. Cure For Symptoms?
I have been experiencing an almost constant churning and gurgling in my left upper abdomen for months now. This gets so bad it is audible to others in the same room! Sometimes I have cramping too. I have chronic constipation, which is no different than it has been. I also pass a lot of gas and sometimes mucus-like stool. Alterations in my diet have seemed to make no difference either.

Hi, it appears to be due to some infection in the intestines, as it is sub clinical it is not leading to the gastroenteritis, having motions and vomitings.
I to my patient with such infection, prescribe injections of amicacin 500 mg for 5 consecutive days, ofloxacin, ranitidine , and ranitidine to be taken there after when ever there are symptoms. Thank you.
