Could Blood And Leukocytes In Urine Be Symptom Of Sweet's Syndrome?

I am a woman 46 years 5 feet 4 inch weight 10 stone. I was diagnosed with sweets syndrome 3 years ago i have regular flare ups with arthritis i take 20mg methetrexate weekly plus folic acid i now have blood and leukysites in my urine without infection could this be a sympton of sweets.
