Could The Fat Globules Be Formed Through The Milk, Water Or Food?
My nephew was confined in a hospital today due to diarrhea and vomiting. The fecalysis report stated "fat globules found". Could the fat globules be caused by the milk, water used in preparing the milk or the feeding bottle used?

Fat globules appear in the stool due to indigestion of fats present in the food. milk also contains fat.Water or the feeding bottle do n ot contribute for fat globules.
Fatty indigestion is common in diarrhea.
