Does Pentids 400 Have Any Side Effects?

Sir,i underwent to tonsilectemy two years before,tat time my ASO Titer value was 800,after the surgery doctor adviced me to take Pentids 400 for around 5 years.Now i am 26 years of age regularly taking pentids,will this medicine have any side effects,is it necessary to take this medicine for 3 more years.

Pentid is a brand name of penicillin and is a relatively safe drug. You have to continue the drug as advised by your physician otherwise unwanted complications like valvular heart disease may happen.
