Hi,

Shaking of hands is not a known side effect of Eptoin. However, Velparin is known to cause tremors of body including hands. Also,if the location of neurocyst is in basal ganglion or substantia nigra parts of brain, then damage of nerve cells in this area may also cause symptoms of Parkinsonism.

Also, erectile dysfunction may be a result of disease itself as well as also due to Eptoin or / and Velporin. In neurocysticercosis, the anti-parasitic treatment if indicated, may be given by your doctor. Steroids may be given, if edema is present or to prevent J.H. reaction. Mainstay of the treatment is anti-epileptic drugs used like in any case of secondary epilepsy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
