Dog Bite, Had Taken First And Second Injection As Per Schedule, Not Taken Fourth And Fifth. What Can Be Done?

hello sir...i was bitten by a dog a few days ago...i was vaccinated rightly for first and second dates of schedule but as my marriage came in between i delayed third and fourth injection ...what should i do??

Thanks for your question.

I am assuming you are referring to the rabies injection. If the attack by the dog was unprovoked, this is appropriate. Also, in your country rabies is of a higher incidence than in the U.S.

Call the Medical Provider that is giving you the injections and see what they want done. I believe they will just resume the injections.
