Gave Crocin To Infant For Fever, Developed Red Dots On Face, Back, Stomach. Allergy? Any Disease Symptoms?
Hello my son is 9 month old , 2days before he had fever around 102.5 ...we gave crocin drops ..now he is not having fever..but he develop some light red dots on his face , back and on stomach ....we are confuse what it is ...an allergy or any disease symptoms..

Hi Dear,
Welcome to the HCM
These rashes are because of viral fever and not due to allergy. Usually these rashes do fade in 3 to 4 days. Nothing special to be done except antipyretics medicine for fever with some antihistaminic drugs are required.
If fever do not respond or cough increases then please consult your paed for further eveluation
