High BP, Overweight, Pain In Shoulder, Ankle And Back, Low Sex Drive. Help

Hello, I'm a 49yr old black male with no health problems other than high blood pressure and over weight. 283 lbs. Taking lisinopril htz, I have pain in my right shoulder and left ankle. Would like to lose 60-65 lbs ASAP. Also sex drive is in PARK if you know what I mean. Tried walking to lose weight, but lower back pain. What can I do to help the sex drive issue , high blood pressure and weight loss. HELP

Weight is like bank account / The amount in your account comes down when you withdraw more (physical work) and you deposit less (eat less). If the weight is picking up, it only means – the exercise is not enough / the food is more / or both....
See a good dietician - you have to reduce the quantity of your food and change the quality too. You need regular exercise.
For weight reduction, there is no officially approved medicine without side effects.
You have to aim for slow and steady reduction – Up to 3 or 4 pounds in a week, is generally safe.
