How Can Taking Of Premarin Be Reduced Without Any Complication?

Yes I am to wean off premarin. I am now taking a .3 mg dosage every other day. I am wondering, what if I cut the tablet in half and took it everyday and then in a month every other day and so forth. Otherwise a website suggests just putting more days in between each tablet, every three weeks.

Hi,since prmarin(conjugated estrogen) has so many sideeffects should be used at the lowest effective dose and for the short duration. Discuss the use of this medication with your doctor and check with him/her regularly (for example, every 3 to 6 months) to see if you still need to take this medication.they may adjust the dose.please have regular physical exams and self-examine your breasts for lumps on a monthly basis while using Premarin.
