How To Improve Bladder Control?

my sister is 33 years old and she told me that she didnt know that she peed on herself. 7 years ago she did an operation in her head because she had a big cyst next to her brain.. this has an effect on peeing gland and she s taking MINIRIN every day in the afternoon to monitor her peeing (sorry i dont know the technical words) what should be done ?
