How To Make Body Pimples Off Child Body?

Hi Doctor, this is Sreekanth Saya from IGate Global Soulation, My Daughter got some pimples on boby, her is age 3years 4months, when she was in 12 months got same pimples in the month and on plames(hands), docotrs said month and hand disease. now she got in the place of toilet( on bompes). Please advise for me
