How To Relieve Itching And Rash Due To Infection?

Hi Doc, Recently me and hubby went for checkup with regards about our urine. Found out that we have infection. We both have taken the medicine given by the doctor and for me additional tablet that can be insert in my vagina. However, at that time, there isn t any itchy or anything. Until like a month later, husband got rashes first at his groin both sides. Then, its my turn especially inside and around my vagina. Sometimes its to itchy till I scratch and its bleeding. When I pee, its hurt a lot and when I wash my vagina also pain. May I know what u suggest and why I and husband have this kind of itch.

Hi.
Looks like u both r suffering from STD.
Take Doxycycline 100 mg and cephalosporins twice daily for 10 days. Both the partners should take medicine. Abstain from sexual contact for 1 month at least. Maintain perineal hygiene. If possible avoid under garments. Hope u will improve with these basic means.
