How To Treat Diarrhea And Vomiting In A 10 Years Old Child?

my 10 year old was ill 3 days ago with diarrhea and vomiting. He is still very lethargic and not eating anything, though the vomiting etc has subsided. He had a faint fever early on. Wondering if there is anything I should be doing other than letting him sleep, and getting him fluids.

Hi,
As loose motions and vomiting stopped, nothing to worry.
Lithargy and weakness will remain 1-2 days more.
Give him enough water, electrolytes and ORS liquid to keep him well hydrated.
give him light diet like curd, rice and buttermilk.
Give him apple, orange and lemon water juices.
Ok and take care.
