How To Treat Pain In Lower Abdomen?

My husband has pain in his lower abdomen. It is tender to the touch. He has a slight fever 99.2. Last evening he had a rash on his buttocks. There was a red spot in the center with pink around it the size of a half dollar. That seems to be going away.

Hi and welcome to HCM,
This may due to some enteric fever or gastroenteritis. Take a course of antibiotics and Paracetamol. If you experiencing pain in right iliac region it may be due to appendicitis. Ultrasound of abdomen and Blood widal test is recommended for your conditions. For rash you can apply topical lotion.
