Hello,
These kind of cramps are like false labour pain.If the pain gets more and more intense and you get vaginal secretions first sticky, then watery then please go to the doctor immediately.Try to rest as much as possible to avoid pre term labour.Only get up to go to the bathroom. Also lie in a head low position. If the pain continues for more than a day,you should see your doctor for medicines.
