twisted my foot at the top of my foot last week i was wrestling wit my brothers and twisted my foot at the top of my foot its very swollen and im having shooting pains from the top of my foot to my pinky toe

you've sprained  your ankle and need to visit your ortho doctor and get X ray to make sure that you didn't brake any of your bones
