Infant With Continuous Fever, Has Poor Appetite For Solid Foods, Wants Only Breastfeeds, Rashes Started After Fever Subsided. Rosoela Infantum?

Hi..I have a 10 month old baby who has a fever for 48 hours.During the duration he had a poor appetite for solid foods as he refused in drinking his formula milk as well. He just wanted to breastfeed every now and then. On the 3rd day, fever had subsided and rashes developed all over the upper trunk, torso, neck, face and head.He also have an inconsolable constant crying and appears lethargic. Could this be Rosoela Infantum? If so, any intervention? Thank you.

It looks more likely to be Measles. Just give more fluids and keep the child in isolation for 3 more days, should be alright soon. Good luck.
