Ingested Bleach Water. Washed With Water. Waht Should I Do?

My 2 year old may have ingested some bleach water while I was using the restroom. I had a spray bottle that we use for bleach on the counter and he had it and was playing with it when I came out.. His face and hands wreak of bleach, I have washed his hands and face with warm soapy water, but I'm not sure what to do if he's ingested it (like i said, I'm not sure one way or the other) Poison control told me to give him charcoal just in case, but I don't have any of that nor the means to buy it (not that I'd know where to find it if I did), So I want to know what I should do... Just keep an eye on him or take him to the ER?

Hi
thanks for your query at HCM
O sad to listen this , bleech is a corrosive substance,
yes you should take him to ER but no need to use charcoal , as nasogastric tube is contraindicated in such poisonings
they will observe the child for 6 or mor hours then send you home back , with an advice that dont put such things in front of your child
i will be available for your help
wishing you a speedy recovery
take care
regards
Dr. Imran Hussain
