You are mostly suffering from irregular period with twice in a month. It is called polymenorrhoea in medical term. Reasons are hormonal imbalance, stress/anxiety, uterine fibroid/ polyp, thyroid problem, weight gain / extreme loss, irregular eating habits etc.
You need to undergo some tests to pin point the diagnosis like USG scan of pelvis, complete hormone assay, thyroid profile, enometrial tissue biopsy etc. Consult with your gynecologist for proper guidance.
Hormonal medication (progesterone pill or combined OCP) is used to regularize period with other supportive therapy. In other case, D & C or enometrial ablation may be required.
Avoid stress/ tension, take healthy diet with Vitamin & iron supplements, control body wt and take sound sleep.
Be well and take care.
