Hi,
The most probable cause of your irregular periods is some hormonal disturbance ,lack of exercise as well as distortion of uterine cavity because of surgery of myoma .
Get your USG done to see the growth of any new myoma.
Thyroid function and Hb test should be done .
Change your life style and dietary habits.
You may need medication in the form of hormones and iron ,vitamins supplementation.
Thanks .
