Is Hernioplasty Lingering Pain Normal?

I have undergone Herniaplasty (right inguinal hernia) on 21st Dec., 2010. I have taken rest from office for one month. I'm attending office since then, which is mostly sedentary. My pain has decreased considerably. But there is still some pain which is persisting and is not decreased to zero.

Hello,

Ideally, after one month of surgery, there should not be any type of pain
the reason for the same must be evaluated and managed accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
