Dear service user,
Thanks for contacting Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The semen culture report mentioned by you suggests that there are bacteria in semen which are sensitive to all these antibiotics. This suggests possibility of infection in the tract of semen producing and storage organs.
When similar patients come to my clinic I would prescribe antibiotic drug for which the bacteria are sensitive. I would also prescribe analgesic drugs like Ibuprofen or Paracetamol along with antibiotic.
To help you much, I would like to know complaints from you and since how long you are having it?
I hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please feel free to write to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wish you good health.
