Labium Majora Is Pale, Dark, Itching. Did Vaginal Swab, Found Peroxide Impact. Prescribed Nifuratel. Suggestions?

Hullo doctor, my labium majora is pale, it also changed from dark to light pink, its itchy especially during and after my periods.and when i rub my clit too much, it gets some kind of painful cut which usually happens after sex. i visited a gyna and she did a vaginal swab and the only thing they found was connected to peroxide infact it was weak. she advised me to stop eating pepper, i was given a cream hydrocortisone butyrate cream and nifuratel capsules. but because am in china and we have a language barrier, i didnt know exactly what i had and not forgetting am sexually active.
