Light Headed, No Appetite, Congested And Scratchy Throat. Extremities Tingling. Is It Signs Of Mono ?

I have felt extremely run down lately--I am a full time working mom to 2 boys ages 2 and 7 months, the younger of them is breastfed. I go to school nights. I have been light headed, slightly congested, no appetite (lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks), scratchy throat but not painful (I do not have my tonsils), and my extremities are tingling after I stand for more than 10 minutes or so. My older son had a rash that was diagnosed as measles on Thursday (he is up to date on his MMR so we sought a second opinion. It was then diagnosed as an allergic reaction). All signs are pointing to mono. Am I in any immediate danger? Thank you!

Greetings of the day
It's unlikely to be measles,as efficacy of measles vaccine is high. Chances are more in favor of allergic. Measles will also have other manifestation like cough and conjunctivitis apart from rash.
